About the boat
This 14 metre (47 foot) speedboat takes around 20 passengers (max 16 divers or 24 snorkelers, or a combination of the two) in speed and comfort to the Similan Islands twice per week.
It runs three Honda 225 four stroke engines that will get you from Ban Nam Kem pier to the Similan Islands in about 70 minutes.
The engines are quiet and clean. The boat has shade in the rear seated area, or you can sit in the bow and get the sun.
There is a toilet on board and the ladders for entering and exiting the water are better than most speedboats.
